Inviting Seniors to Keep Fit

KEEP WELL FITNESS PROGRAM – This is a community-based, non-profit program for seniors to connect with other seniors in a safe and friendly environment to enjoy benefits such as mild exercises, blood pressure monitoring, shoulder and hand massage, nutritional information etc Participation is free but donations are gladly accepted. Official tax receipts are issued by the society for donations of $10 or more. It has been formed and run by health providers for the physical, social & mental well- being of seniors. We will begin classes in October, every Friday morning, from 9:00 am to 11:00 am, at St. Stephen’s Parish hall. For more details visit http://www.keepwellsociety.ca
