Pope Francis has launched a Synod in Rome with the theme “For a synodal Church: communion, participation, mission.” This Synod is an opportunity for Catholics to dialogue and discern how the Holy Spirit is inviting us to journey together as a Church.

This Synod has implications not only on the universal Church but also on the local Church. Many of the recommendations from the faithful in previous Synods have been implemented in our local diocese.

Opportunities for group discussion and information on how to submit discussion summaries will begin in January 2022.
