The St. Paul’s Indian Church – under Fr TAP, (OMI) Pastor, and WATCHMEN Missions Ministry, will host a charity event at St Francis de Sales Parish: “Ave Maria Concert” by Mexican-Canadian Tenor, Gustavo Herrera. The Event will be held at the SFDS Gym, Saturday, Feb. 23rd. 6:30pm to 7:45pm. The proceeds will help in acquiring logistics for a mobile soup kitchen and partnering with the cities to alleviate homelessness. Tickets – $ 10. STA News The Annual OPEN HOUSE at St. Thomas Aquinas High School is on Wednesday, February 13, 2019. At 1:45 pm to 2:45 pm, visitors can join student-led tours of the campus and ask questions. The evening will have full staff in attendance 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. The PLACEMENT EXAM for new students will be on Friday, February 22, 2019 @ 8:30 am. ANOINTING MASS – Father Mark will administer the Sacrament of Anointing to all the sick and elderly of the Parish on Sunday, February 10th at the 10:30 am Mass to mark the World Day of the Sick. We invite the members of the Parish to join us in the Eucharistic Celebration next week and pray for those who need help.

It’s back! PANCAKE BREAKFAST – SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 3RD – All parishioners are invited to the hall after the two morning Masses to enjoy a hearty breakfast prepared by the Knights of Columbus. They will serve fluffy buttery pancakes, with smoking hot breakfast sausages and rich scrambled eggs. There will be coffee and orange juice available. Come join the Parish’s favorite breakfast, and help the Knights with their fundraising efforts.
STA NEWS – Happy New Year! STA is back in session. Although most students were relaxing, the STA senior boys basketball team was busy between Christmas and New Year’s, playing a tournament in Palm Springs. Thank you to all who attended our musical and fine arts performances in December. We loved to have you there to enjoy the students’ talents.

Please pray for the repose of the soul of Mr. Len Clarke, husband of Patricia Clarke, who died recently. Prayers for Mr. Clarke were held at Holy Trinity Church on Thursday, Jan. 10th followed by the Funeral Mass on Friday at 11 am. Please keep the family in your prayers.
