Journey Discipleship Course [Online]

The Journey Discipleship Course provides a safe place for people to talk about their lives and receive the love and support of God and others. Each evening consists of worship, teaching, and small groups. These confidential, gender-specific groups incorporate prayer and mutual support with the goal of helping individuals experience a deeper relationship with Jesus. There are weekly reading assignments for reflection, study, and prayer.

This course is for anyone willing to be open with others about their life, and who desires to deepen their relationship with Jesus. All of us have a need for love and connection – with God and with other people. The Journey is for people ready to take the next step in intimacy with God and connection to brothers and sisters in Christ.

Have the Talk of a Lifetime

The Funeral and Memorial Information Council (FAMIC) created Have the Talk of a Lifetime to help families have important conversations about the things that matter most to them and how a person’s life story can be remembered and honored in a meaningful way. Memorialization is so much more than it used to be. Today it can reflect a person’s life story, values, interests, and experiences. Meaningful memorialization can be transformative, healing and comforting. Have the Talk of a Lifetime offers families practical advice and tools to help them have conversations about the things that matter most and how they hope to be remembered when they die and for generations to come.
