CWL News

Our next meeting is Wednesday, October 7th at 7:00 pm in the Church Hall. Our guest presenter is the Talitha Koum Society -a drug / alcohol recovery program for women rejected by other halfway houses on the basis of their being “too difficult to handle”. We will have one or two women share their journey with us. These amazing stories relate the barriers they overcome to turn their lives around. In the spirit of Thanksgiving, we will be accepting non-perishable items (canned food, cereal, pasta etc.) to give to the Talitha Koum Recovery House. Please bring these hamper items to the meeting.
